leche flan, somehow, has been a staple dessert in different celebrations.. in the Philippines, leche flan is made with condensed milk and more egg yolks. Leche flan is usually steamed over an open flame or stove top, although rarely it can also be seen baked. and this yummy sweet dessert can also be found in Pedrito's.. mmmmm....
